African Caribbean Aloe Products (ACAP) history originated on the island of Curacao in 1998 and expanded to South Africa in 2010; thus, our company name. Many people know the rich history of Aloe Vera, which has traveled the globe for thousands of years because of its incredibly beneficial uses. And because of those natural abilities to aid in healing a wide variety of internal and external, our founders wanted to help share this unique gift of Nature to all.

Our in-depth experience, goals, and mission to grow Aloe Vera under organic conditions and develop helpful and effective products allow us to service the needs of our customers and society as a whole. We proudly deliver the highest quality Aloe Vera through our good agricultural and manufacturing processes while combining the latest technology advances.

Our farms have over 1.4 million plants growing under clean, sunny skies. We specifically hand-select each leaf and process the inner leaf gel at our state-of-the-art facilities using European engineering within a few hours. We carry out each step with the utmost care and have the results backed up by independent laboratory analysis. We have done our utmost to ensure that we obtain all necessary certifications to show our clients that we can vouch for our products, which are recognized by institutions in the EU, UK, Africa, Asia, and the USA.

All our Aloe Vera crops are cultivated in compliance with globally accepted standards for organic farming and is independently certified by ECOcert, a reputed international private sector body that sets standards for the certification of production processes of agricultural products around the globe.

These Good Agriculture Practices (G.A.P.) are designed and implemented throughout our production processes to minimize harmful environmental impacts of farming operations, reduce the use of chemical inputs and ensure a responsible approach to worker health and safety. We do not use any synthetic fertilizers. Pesticides, herbicides and germicides are strictly forbidden.

Only certified organic fertilizers are used. All our Aloe Vera leaves are manually harvested and processed as quickly as possible after harvesting to conserve all their natural bio-active components.
